Trending: Faux Suede

This past week was beyond stressful for me.
I'm sure you can understand.
Those weeks where everything just piles up and you don't know where to start or how you'll finish it...
It's hard to get stuck in the motion.
However, I'm thankful for this blog as it pulls me away from somewhat the "realities" of life and my current obligations- forces me to sit down, have some fun, design, edit, and write.

Do you have anything in your life that brings you excitement? That pulls you away from the monotony of life?
If you don't, find something. Start a new book, try a new coffee shop, learn how to play an instrument, or even start your own blog!!
Spark the creativity within yourself. Encourage the desire to get off track.

And I'm thankful for YOU for reading my blog and encouraging me to do what excites me!

Take Care

So lately I've been noticing myself  hoarding/overstocking on beauty supplies...so I figured I'd share some of these cool new products with you!
I know it's easy to get stuck in a routine (having your set moisturizer, wash, toner, etc...) but, sometimes it helps to try something new- because your skin can become "immune" to products and they aren't as effective.

As we head into cooler months it's important to keep your skin and hair moisturized! Especially if you want to keep the tan and rid the dead ends!
___________
Nip + Fab Skin Serum
I put this on morning and night after I rinse my face. Smells AMAZING and tightens your skin! while moisturizing!
___________
Nip + Fab Face scrub
This exfoliant face scrub is definitely a new fav. I can't wait to use it at the end of the day because it seriously smells like grapefruits! It sheds any excess dry skin and leaves it bright and tight!
____________
Briogeo Hair mask
I had never tried a hair mask before, so I was very skeptical and worried my hair would be super greasy the next day. Briogeo proved me wrong. I put this mask on almost every week and a half and the results are awesome. My hair retains moisture, is easy to brush, and feels lot healthier!

_____________
Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation w/ SPF 15
It's always a good idea to have some SPF in your foundation! It protects your skin & this Bobbi Brown moisture rich foundation is light enough to moisturize and not clog your pores.
_____________
Neutrogena Eye Cream
I didn't start using "eye cream" until 22! I didn't think I'd need it...I don't have bags... or lines?!
But, having some type of focused moisturizer to put on twice a day under your eyes can make progressive changes that help out in the future. Start now! I put it on in the morning and night!
